Referral Services

We provide an auxillary dental service in collaboration with other dentists to enable them to offer a broader range of services to their patients.

We welcome referrals from colleagues as well as direct access by patients for the following services:

• prosthodontics
• endodontics
• dental implants
• general dentistry under conscious sedation
• preventive dental hygiene

Our referral services are guided by the following principles:

• referred patients are treated for only the procedures/investigations requested by the referring practitioner.
• the referring dentist is informed about the progress of treatment.
• the referring practitioner is consulted about any adjustments to the requested treatment and before any subsequent referrals are made.
• patients are returned to the care of the referring dentist with a written account of the treatment performed.

Dentists can refer patients online or by downloading the referral form and sending the completed form to us.

Patients can request a direct referral online.
